Cheating at Engen Garage
Yesterday afternoon - I was coming from the Link at James Crescent and Old Pretoria Main Road, and it was after 2pm and I had to go to Pretoria to pick up people and then make my way home to Roodepoort. So I knew I needed petrol. I saw the Engen Garage right across the road and decided to fill up. I drove in to the pump for petrol (95) and asked the guy called \Victor"to fill up. He got another young guy to come and pump while he cleaned my windows. I noticed this guy did not put the nozzle in properly and was holding it downwards and pumping the petrol"
