Cheating and bad service

Pathetic service and cheating.

Yesterday I drove with my family to Engen Sunningdale Convenience Centre Cape town and one of the petrol attendant came and firstly was not even friendly started directing me where to park so he could put petrol ...but the worse is he moved me from 1 pump to another and with that said I asked him to put some pressure on the wheels and put R100 petrol ...the guy put pressure and acted as he was putting petrol and I drove off and went to park by big bay beach and as I was was on my way back to my place in gie road parklands I noticed my petrol was finish and I told my sister we just put petrol and when I drove back and asked for a manage and was very upset ...he only could resolve by putting the petrol of R100 and that's it ...and he said I will speak to the guys and nothing much ...I am so disappointed and asked myself how many people do they do that too and most people would not notice or notice and ignore ...to avoid any inconvenience...I am very ****ed off and I would like something done urgently because this is far the most inconveniencing experience one could have ,that is caused by an attendant that wants to cheat innocent people ...I could not get much of the names because I had a 8 months old of mine that was very restless but I need something done with this ... because it is pathetic such a big company ... employing cheats. One last thing the attendants kept laughing infront of the manager ..even after they know what happened and the manager did not even apologize but just put petrol to get us out ....I'm so so disappointed and wow .....
