Cashwash at Engen on Chatsworth main road in Durban lost my license disc
<p> Appalled at the service of the Engen garage on Chatsworth main rd,telephone number ***, on 14 May 2016, I had taken my car to the car wash and they somehow managed to lose my license disc. The owner,Shaun, said he would sort out costs and had taken down my contact details, but has failed to contact me since and has been avoided and not returning my calls. </p> <p>Red flags were raised when I had informed the metro police that my license disc had gone missing at the carwash, along with the owner of the establishment avoiding me. This could now turn ******** seeing that my license disc could be used for ******** activities. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has now become a major inconvenience seeing that I cannot use the vehicle.</p>

I most certainly will be a customer to Engen, sadly I will most certainly not support the dealer on Chatsworth main rd.The utter disregard for the matter at hand is abhorrent, and very questionable, especially owing to the fact that I am an avid customer, or should I now say was an avid customer. However I see the powers that be are co-operative and customer service is impressive.
