Car wash ripped my car sit

I took my car to the car wash on Sunday, with my papers for filling from work because there was a new tyre in the boot. I always remove the black plastic bag with paper when I load things in the boot. I leave just behind tge garage. When I'm by the parking I switch on the light video call my friend and show her my clean car. When I saw that my sit was ripped I didn't Eben take long as tge also saw on camera. I showed the guy . My question was it was the vacuum he said no its a rubber one. Then said it's the plastic with papers. I go back and ask the manager how can it be papers because my work papers stay with me in the car for years. He said he doesn't think it's papers they will talk to me have look the footage I must come back the following day. When I get there today there is another who is a senior manager he says I gave someone a ride from the car was. I tell them to look at the footage I was not gonna for 5mins and go to my complex I didn't even leave the car , I didn't go up.he then says I'm the first customer to complain about there car was and these type of issues. I did it myself. Now they not bringing tge guy that admitted . Now they telling me to recall people I had, questioning my memory .the second manager didn't wanna he just telling me to think who was in my car in those 5 mins.
