car driven by staff without permission and kidnapping comments made to passengers

<p>I visited the engen garage 26/4 at about 5pm,when paying my card was being problematic and had to go into the quick shop to withdraw, in that time a staff member jumped into my car(female passengers inside),and said "i hope you'll don't mind being kidnapped" (in this day and age who makes comment like this,even if joking when crime is so rife)and drove off and parked my car outside the quick shop. Why are staff invading customers rights, by thinking they can drive our cars without permission...spoke to the guy who said they are busy and cant wait for me to pay .....is this how customers are treated, by your *****ic staff?? pathetic engen, never will I visit again and I will let the whole country know that woman and our vehicle, passengers are not safe at your garages.</p>
