CANNOT USE EBUCKS TO PURCHASE PETROL IN WELKOM

<p>For the last year or so I have tried to use my E-bucks to purchase petrol at two petrol stations in Welkom (Ettiene Motors and the one in Tempest road).</p> <p>1. The first time I tried to purchase petrol at the Tempest station I was told to go inside to pay with Ebucks which I did, the lady swiped my card multiple times but my card could not be read. After struggeling for 10 minutes I decided to pay with my debit card.</p> <p>2. I thought the problem was with my card so I had it replaced and tried to used it again at the Tempest station and the same thing happened only this time the lady informed me that it is not just me as a lot of people struggle to pay with E-bucks at their station.</p> <p>3. I then decided to use Ettiene Motors to put in petrol which worked great until recently when my card got declined, I thought maybe that I did't have enough ebucks and paid with my debit card. Later when I checked my eBucks account I found that I had sufficient ebucks in my account.</p> <p>4. The latest incident occurred Thursday 13 October at about 17h30, where my card was declined again! I checked my ebucks account beforehand and knew that I had sufficient ebucks to purchase petrol. Once again I had to use my debit card to purchase petrol.</p> <p> </p> <p>My whole point is, if your system cannot handle ebucks purchases then why the hell do you advertise "Use eBucks to fill up"??</p> <p> </p>
