BYE BYE Engen Pellissier Quickstop Bloemfontein

I went to Pellissier Engen Quickstop to fill up my car. On arrival on 30 December 2016 I asked for the tank to be filled up but on R140.00 the attented said he cant fill up due that they have installed sensors on the petrol pumps. Since I were in a hurry I said I will come back to fill up my car. On 2 January 2017 I went back and an lady attended me without any proper customer services . I asked her to fill up my car. On R526.00 the sensor stop the process again and she said my car is full. Since I know I have a 60liter tank I knew the car werent full. I said she must fill up my car and she refused. I climbed out of my car and said she must fill up. She started again and on R29.00 the sensor stopped again. I asked her what the problem were and she could not answer and said I need to pay 3 accounts. I then refused to do so because ther are only 2 accounts outstanding. I asked her to pay and she said I cant pay with the card machine I must go inside the shop. I then asked where the manager were and he were busy with his own things next to the attendant inside the shop. I asked them what the problem was due that I had to come back for petrol and thus it cost me bank fees everytime I have to fill up. I paid the full amount and left the garage. Even the manager could not even open his mouth and how could a leading branch appoint staff where myself and millions other people need to fill up and pay thousands of rands each month and this is the service I have to receive.

I have been going there for years but I will find another branch who are willing to assist!!!
