Bult Engen Noise

Engen Bult, Potchefstroom has a staff member that blares his music when he takes lunch. He sits in between two complexes housing students trying to attend online classes, but his music is so loud that students and working people cannot hear lecturers or focus on their studies or work. The owner, Nico, was approached to address the matter - with no success. In these times when people are working and studying from home I find it utterly disturbing that someone cannot be considerate toward people trying to finish a degree.
