brand image at stake

I would like to urge Engen south Africa to seriously take a look at Engen garage at Bayview, unit 2, Chatsworth.it is in a state of decay and despair. Virtually everything in the quick shop is expired or two days away from being expired, there are no standards of hygiene being adhered to. The shop itself employs one cashier to attend to the forecourt as well as the shop, leaving customers waiting in long queues all because the owner doesn't want to pay he's staff? the owner is also putting up a structure next to shop which does not comply with municipality standards. the forecourt is leaking, potholes fill the area making it very inconvenient to drive. there are constantly beggars that fill the area and shop, I understand because of the area it is hard to control but surely a customers safety is more important.I really do urge Engen to step in as their name and image is being dragged in the dirt, does it mean that because the owner, owns the garage, he does not have to comply with Engen standards? I also hope that a health inspector could visit the shop before something serious happens. Please could something happen or rather close the garage so that a better BRAND could take over?
