Black on Black ******

I am not happy with how I was treated at the Engene store. I was chased out of the queue with a very aggressive tone by an African lady. She was serving a White couple smiling from ear to ear and when I joined the queue she chased me out asking if I could not see that she was busy. She had no queue in front of her I was her 2nd customer to attend to. I felt that this was Black on Black ****** and requested to speak to the manager. I addressed this matter and as I was busy explaining myself this same lady was also talking and not letting address the matter. She seemed to be over powering the supervisor as he seemed to have no voice in this matter. He defended her and said she's not a ****** person. All I wanted was to be treated the same as the customers she was serving. Please employ people who will treat everyone equally and also try to upskill your staff as they lack people management and customer service skills. Employ management who will be respected by his/her staff members.
