Being Miss understood and he said it my fault

Yesterday as i was driving home from work , I went to a garage to fill up my car , I had R 200 so i told the guy who was serving me, i want R200 green petrol, he wasn't paying to much attention to me with out realizing that he didn't heard me. he did not even ask me again , as he was busy talking with his other colleague. <br> I open my window just to check on him, why is taking too long to put petrol in, i saw on the billing there, is says R700 , so i asked him why does it say R 700 because i asked you for R 200 he saw me taking out 2 notes from my bag. but he did as he wish, i got upset questioning him why is he doing this, he reply \ you asked me to fill up the tank
