Barry and Anthony not doing their job at Engen Grasmere One Stop

I went to the Engen Grasmere 1 Stop N1 Jhb to Cape town. A white Merc Registration HK 16 ZF GP was parked at pump five. No one was attending to the vehicle and the owner was in the shop buying food. The owner came to the car to get money and went bac into the shop. I requested for the Floor supervisor "Barry", to lodge a complaint, he was not to be found. As an attendant "Anthony" came to fill petrol into the Merc, I asked him for the supervisor "Barry". When "Barry did arrive eventually I said that I have been waiting in the line for some time and the owner of the Merc is buying food. Barry said he cannot do anything as the owner will lodge a complaint with BP. The owner then approached me and said, I heard you are complaining about me from Anthony. I said I am talking to Barry. The owner pointed his finger in my face, was ****** towards me and threatened my life . I continued to talk to Barry. The owner of the Merc eventually drove away. Barry started laughing and said he nearly hit you. I have pictures and video footage from my dash cam. Your Floor manager Barry is not doing his job. Your Attendant is allowing people to park their vehicles and go buy food when there are many cars waiting. Kindly study the video footage from the Engen and discipline your employees.
