BAD SERVICE THAT PUT ME AND DAUGHETR'S LIVE'S IN DANGER

On 06 June I went with my daughter to refill petrol at Engen View Convenience Centre in Tembisa. I got there I was first in line of the petrol pump, but it took almost 10 minutes for me to be assisted. I told the petrol attendant to pour R400 petrol and check Tyre pressure for all 4 wheels. He poured petrol and when he was done, he checked the first Tyre, as he was about to check the second Tyre a Toyota Quantum parked in front of my car, the driver came out and told the petrol attendant that he wanted to check his Tyres, the petrol attendant gave him the gauge. I got out of the car and ask the petrol attendant why he would give the taxi driver the gauge before he was done with my car, especially since it took long for me to assisted in the first place and he told me that the taxi driver is also a customer. I walked into the shop to get the manager to come sort out this issue and Lindiwe was the manager on duty. we walked out of the shop for her to address the petrol attendant. when we got to the petrol attendant and the passengers in the taxi realized i got the manager, they started attacking me and my daughter throwing insults and threatening to beat me, and my daughter who has also jumped out of the car when she saw the commotion and the petrol attendant was just laughing. After the quantum left, I told the manager I am not going to pay for the petrol until I have the meeting with the establishment management and the petrol attendant to address his bad customer service and also address the fact that because of his behavior me and my daughter's lives were put in danger where we had to fight a group of EFF Members who were in that quantum. I left without paying, later in the day I went back to the petrol station to give them my details (Home address, Email address, ID Number & Cell number) and told them I will pay as soon as this issue has been dealt with. On the 14th of June I received a call from Michael who I believe is part of management at the petrol station. he was very rude threatening me with police for not paying. Not once did he apologize for what happened and I told him I will go pay provided they will discipline the petrol attendant and call me in when that is done as my daughter was very traumatized about the incident, I had to take her for counseling. He promised me he will deal with the issue but to date i haven't heard from anyone from Engen and the petrol attendant continues to work as if nothing happened when me and my daughter were subjected to abuse by EFF members because of him.
