Bad service Shell rather than Engen
Wow, not supporting them again. Rather go up the street to Shell garage. Got stuck without my wallet today and a car on empty. Drove into dealership Engen La Rochelle to ask if I can make an EFT payment in order to throw in some petrol. The manager was like if Scan does not work you can fill out an IOU form and hopefully see me come back and pay. What bad customer service. Luckily for Shell a little further up the road. The owner was immediately like yes no problem. Do not support La Rochelle Engen as they do not cater for customer problems.

They said I must write to *** and received a reply they will respond in 24 hours. Well it is pat 24 hours and not one reaponse.
From now on support Astron Energy or Shell. Customer service is way better.
