Bad service I received from Engen Phola mall convenient

I was there this morning to buy a bus coupon/ticket , the lady (Constance) did not want to assist me she said they do not use swiping machine and I had to run to the mall to withdraw some money. when I come back I bought a six(I gave her an Old one so that she may see the code of it and I said she must make it a six days) days ticket and she gave a five days ticket and she said to me there is nothing she can do.
