Bad service ftom Engen

I am fustrated with the Engen 1app service.I deposited money into the app specifically to save and use it for fuel when needed.However the app has been down for over a week no.and I have been unable to access my funds This is completely unaccepable especially considering that fuel prices are imcreasing next week .I need to acess my money to fill up,but I am stuck beacuse of system failure Worse there has been no communication or clear updates I expect this issue to be resolved or find an alternative solution Very dissapponting servicd from Engen
