Bad service from Promi

Engen at the bridge north facing N1 the service is so poor. The lady her name is Promi didn’t even talk to me as a customer she was busy talking to her colleagues like they in their kitchen. That was so unprofessional. She doesn’t deserve to be in the front. She must be placed at the back or customer service.
