Bad service experience at convenient store

I was utterly disgusted by the service I received at the engine opposite McDonald’s in Kempton Park I think the street name is Stuart. I want to feel up during my lunch hour and I decided to go into their convenience store and purchase a 2 L of Coke. The picture that was assisting me at the time, whose name is Thelma, was very unprofessional. Firstly what she did was she did have an recognise me as I walked to the Taylor and greeted her she never greeted back perio firstly what she did was she did have an recognise me as I walked to the toilet and greeted her she never treated back. She went on to scan my purchased items and during that time she was in a conversation with one of other staff members there. The card machine that I was using to pay with detained and instead of explaining to me the reason for the decline she turns around and I did speak to him and tells her that the machine is faulty and that the machine has always been faulty. only then that she turned to me and tell me that I would need to wait at 15 minutes for the purchase to correction my side so that I can purchase again as I try to explain to her that I’m on lunch and I gonna be for 15 minutes she goes on and speaks to someone else while I’m there again. It was only until any petrol attendant who assisted me initially came and did something on the terminal that my correction with you and I was able to purchase again. And is my petrol attendant tried to explain to Thelma what she needs to do the next time she still goes on and does not allow him to finish that and I’m waiting for her to take my card and swap it but she’s going on about how inconvenient it is for us clients to pour petrol and make use of the convenience store that engine saw fit for each clients. She continued to say to my patrol attendant that they will have a problem if he continues doing this. My question is as a cashier she has noticed that the speed point is not operational why would she not report it and have it replaced?
