Bad service - Engine big bird north

Engine big bird north has a bad service. I don't know if it short of staff (petrol attendents) or they're only focusing on certain pumps because I'd stop at a certain pump for about a minute or more with no one attanding me and this happened several times. You can't have such bad service especially when there's Shell ultra city few killos ahead with excellent service. So I won't wait for this long to be assisted like it's the only filling station nearby. So everytime I'm there I don't even switch off the engine because I know I'm gonna drive off without being assisted.
