Bad Service. Dangerous behaviour

Good day I just had a very bad experience at the Engen petrol station on Degrendel Road in Bothasig, Cape Town. The petrol pump is leaking petrol and the attendant splashed petrol on my car and on the floor. When I told him that is not right, he thought it was a joke and splashed petrol on my car and the floor again. I then insisted to see the manager. He first said I must go look for the manager myself and that he won't call him. I then insisted that he call him. The manager came out and was nonchalant about the event, laughed at me and said he'll give me R5 petrol for free. I told him it is not about the money, but is rather a safety hazard and also really poor service. He did not seem to care at all. I then left, with my car reeking of petrol. I will never return to said station. I do, however, want to bring this to your attention, as generally I find Engen petrol stations to have good service. I trust that you will take up this matter to ensure that this petrol station is brought up to your business' standards. Regards Wynand du Plessis
