Bad service

By the looks of other complaints, Engen/ Xenex Northmead never has petrol. I pulled up today and there was not a person in sight. I sat next to the pump for a few minutes - 2 people in the shop clearly seeing me, but not budging (obviously not their job). I got out my car and asked if nobody is working. The woman clearly annoyed that she has to leave the video her and the friend (didn't seem to work there - in casual clothes) are watching on their phone starts calling a name. Apparently it's "his" job to tell me - but "he" is nowhere in sight. Asking for their names she's quick to give me "Steven's" name but not hers. I always wondered why this garage is never busy - it seems the workers and owner just don't care.
