BAD SERVICE Casheir to Attendants

I went enegn 1plus to top up my fuel i was from JHB .at 14:45pm 01-04-2024 monnday afternoon. The Tau attendant was so rude he seem not interested in helping me I wanted change from him as i had 300 with me he said should go to the shop . I did go in and I waited on a line for where by i met Sarah cashier and asked for change she shouted say she has non i had to buy 10 airtime to get change 🤦♂️ I bought another she refuses to help me instead she Helped the White guys behind me saying ‘ke ya sokodisa ‘ while i am using my own money to buy airtime that i was not even prepared to buy then she helped the guy and continued to say ‘ke ya tena hle ‘ i even asked to get her manager’s details she refused and said he not available 🤦♂️ Both the attendant and cashier from this egen ain’t professional and Tau did not bring my petrol slip back i had to waste 15 minutes of my travelling time because of poor service from this engen stuff I am not happy for not receiving a professional service from Engen 1plus staff 🤦♂️ I ended up demanding slip that i paid 200 for he looked for it in the dustbin and gave me what he found . I am never going to visit this place ever again
