BAD SERVICE!!!!

ood day I went to Engen service center at Plattekloof Cape Town. I was shocked at the level of service I received. I could not believe that there is still people in this current state that treat you different because of what you look like. My pertol attenant Fred came up to me poured in pertol and did not ask if I needed water or oil or even washed my window. My husband had to collect water himself because there was no waster in the water cans. Then when he came back he actually had to pour t himself. While other clients next to us is getting 5 star treatment. windows are washed ect.. i called the manager and explained whats happening and while i am explaining whats happening 2 of the petrol attendants verbally interrogated me in front of management. She could not even control them. I feel violated and I personally have the feeling if i were white and not coloured that they would not have treated me in that way. I feel that Engen is a brand that I will never ever support, because this type of behavior does so belong to the passed.
