BAD SERVICE

yesterday the 16th June 2020, I went to fill my car with fuel and also to buy a 19kg Gas at 21:05 and I was assisted by a petrol attendant by the name of David at Engen in Fourways. After filling in my car with fuel I asked to buy a 19kg gas first the attendant by the name of David said they don't sell gas after 9pm but I should go to the cashier and ask her. when I asked the cashier she told me that they don't have the keys where the gas cylinders are placed. but what is strange is that the attendant told us they cant sell at 9pm and the cashier with an attitude told us there are no keys. after the cashier took time to come out of the office to assist us with filling petrol which we waited also. to me it sounded like they didn't want to assist us yesterday at all up to a point we ended up buying gas at BP garage in Fourways gardens. Engen failed to sell it to us and they told us they do have the 19kg. I am not satisfied with the service I am receiving at Engen garages most of the time the attendants aren't friendly and are rude and they take their time to come and assist you as the driver. you end up waiting for too long like they don't want to assist. my question is that is it true that Engen garages don't sell gas at nigh? we need to know from the management of Engen so that we don't bother buying gas there at all. also the service at that garage in Fourways by the attendant was very poor. I experience the same bad service at Engen Garage in Sterkspruit Eastern cape everytime I go the to fill fuel. they take their time to assist clients and they come with a bad attitude sometimes shout at you as a client. Please kindly attend to the service between these two Engen Garages (Fourways and Sterkspruit Eastern Cape).
