Bad service by supervisor need my fuel back

19 June 2019, 17:14 Bothasig The pumps were down was fine with the waiting for its station I use Day in day out, when the attendent poured my desired amount 60rand I left the pump and went home, fuel ddnt go up and thought it will when engine cools off later but no hour later I came back to address the matter to the attendent and he was rude to me I even poured and paid same amount to show them that my car Guage work and he told me it's my fault and and I must take it to the manager I tried explain is it possible that since the pumps where down could you have blown air and it registered as fuel, never gave room to listen to what I had to say instead he said we where changing shift my question is does shift change at 514pm and why dd he refuse to say his name and just said my name is supervisor, one may say what is 60rand yes its nothing but its my money I parted with and got nothing help me people I have alot of slips to prove I pump there daily and the staff is good but the supervisor is rude and doesn't listen to reason if only he had talked nicely I would have accepted karma but the way he did made me wonder do customers matter or we just atms for them to make money
