Bad service by new manager at Engen Captains Bloemfontein

Im so disappointed in new manager (Pieter) at Engine Bloemfontein (Captains - at East End). I have been using this filling station for years. I went with my daughter(9 year old) at the filling station, she was very pressed, she has been using the indoor restroom before. The manager denied access for my daughter and pointed us to a very unhygienic restroom outside that is used by general public but not customers. I am talking about a female child, if it was me, I wouldn't mond. He showed me no remorse, he gave us attitude and not willing help. Please teach your new manager customer experience the old one was beyond perfect.
