Bad Service and *******

<p>On sunday the 06th November went to engen magalieskriun to fill up my tank, went to the mall came back car didnt want to start. Call towing company then called the mechanic , only came on Monday did the inspection everything found out the petrol has water. Immediately went to engen magalieskriun to report the matter, Loyiso Mafunga refused to take responsibility saying i was the only client complaining . Then the next day Steve phoned to apologies saying the was indeed water in their petrol as customers came complaining about the problem. He said they have checked their supply indeed it had water in it.</p> <p>Now loyiso doesnt want to pay the expense I have inccurred due to engen negligence. So engen you supply water to petrol station and dont want to reimbursed people for your own mistakes? it is that a service you provide to customer. Am disgusted and dissapointed at you guys thinking I always put engen petrol only in my car. thanks for nothing.</p>
