Bad service
What a terrible service I got from Engen Brighton Road Kraaifontein. There is a guy there called DO IT(if that's his real name). He really needs to be taught customer service. This guy bumps my bank guy on my car and very rudly said card declined. This morning he service a car after mine. I call him out..he starts shouting he is not gonna come to a car that is far. I call him, in a rude voice he tells me his busy.
