Bad service

Stay away from Engen West Cape Volkswagen kuilsriver this garage ether bad service or no service... I went here on sat 28th Aug I came into the garage from other side of the road coming from McDonald's side they refused to put petrol for me I was told they only put petrol if I came into garage from police station side... I ask for the manager number and was refused to get it I was directed to a lady that take the money she ask me what's the issue was and I need the manager number once she heard I was not getting service she started a argument just not to give me the management number. As I left I was told by petrol attendance they run the show and deside who gets petrol. Was told I can go they the managers over weekends. Wow engin I believe inpowering your staff but put them on customer service skill training first worse service and encounter I ever had at a petrol station... You will never see me again
