Bad Service
A couple of weeks ago I went the above mentioned fuel station. I asked the attendant (Shadrack) to please pour eighty rand worth of petrol into my car. He then responded by saying eight (8) and I again repeated and said eighty. I then continued to clean my windscreen and when I was done as I was entering the car I gave the attendant the eighty rand. The attendant said I had said eight hundred to I again told him that I had said eighty rand.
He then said I should go and explain to the garage manager, the manager was called and he twisted the facts when he was telling the garage manager what had happened. I smiled in disbelief and the said in an angry voice that I should have some compassion towards the lying attendant.
After calmly explaining my side of what had happened he then asked attendant to apologise as I was not at fault. He also asked if I could possibly come to some sort of payment agreement with the attendant as the money was going to be deducted from him salary to which I agreed.
I asked the attendant to call me the following week so I can come and settle the outstanding money. He never called, instead last week he sent a whatsapp message and a threatening text.
