Bad Service

Good day,

I went to go fill up yesterday, 18 Sept by Engen just of Darwin Road, Kraaifontein. I stood there with an open petrol flap waiting and waiting. 2 other customers was helped before me and they stopped after me. I eventually moved my car to infront of the ABSA bank and went inside to ask for a manager, for the staff to look at me like they don't understand me. I asked again for a manager and was completely egnored. This happened yesterday between 19h00 and 19h10. You are welcome to have a look on the camera's. I was driving a red Ford Figo. My wife and child claimed out the car to go to the OK MiniMarket.
