Bad Service

We have received an extremely bad customer from the Engen Garage Wingfield Cape Town... A petrol attendant by the name of Albert, this guy refused to assist us into filling the petrol.. When we asked for assistance he told us he is busy while he was sitting down on his phone... When we ask him why he is sitting down he told us "is there a problem" he was very rude to us and treated us like *******... I believe it is because we were black cuz when white people came into the filling station he quickly assisted them... I need a response on this.
