Bad service

The service I received today at Engen garage at President dam was really bad, I was putting a petrol of R300 and I produce my clicks card the old man by the name of Robert tells me the machine is not working I asked him why he didnt tell me because normally some Engen garages when the machine is not working they tell you before they put petrol, he tells me it's not his duty to tell me that the machine is not I asked him thats how to respond to a customer? He rep**** by saying how do I want him to reply because it's not his fault that the machine is not working I asked for the manager he said there is no manager, I asked for someone above him he clicked his tongue on me and walked away I waited for him to come back because I still had the money with me, he came back I asked for his surname because he had his tag on, he said to me I will get it from the manager, I asked for the slip he said I will get it from the counter. For an old man like him he wasn't supposed to give me that attitude and take responsibility that he was wrong I felt disrespected infront of my daughter, I don't use other petrol station I use Engen because of Clicks card and if this is the service I will get I might aswell get another garage to put petrol from, it's been 10 years since I hv been putting petrol at Engen garage.
