BAD SERVICE

On the 06/06/2015 I went to Engen garage on the high to pour petrol it was between 8h00pm to 8h20pm. A gentlemen by the name off Elias was busy pouring petrol and I arrive he said he is closed and I must move to the next to the petrol pump I refused beacuse he was not close he was busy with a cuctomer and he did not put any sign eg orange cones that they normally put to show that he is closed,and he refused to help me.After he is done with his client,the client reversed his car and bump into my car then Elias laughed and said I told Im closed thats why they bumped into your car and he left me there,hence his colleague came to assist me.I told the shift supervisor(Josias) about the incident and ask him what is Elias surname and his he refused.
