Bad Service

I believe that Engine is one of the best filling stations in S.A. However Engine vosloorus( Sebenza and Gold Spot) have the worst service ever, the level of service or lack there of is absolutely pathetic. You get there in the morning n the tanks r closed with no petrol available, you cannot swipe your card because they do not have speed point services, yes in 2015 you are forced to carry cash. The attendants are useless, they stand around chatting about their personal issues, no customer service whatsoever. For a brand as big as Engine I feel these two filling stations should be investigated. Yes we are in the hood but come on, Someone has to care somewhere somehow...Please visit Total Klippoortjie ans see what service is all about. You wil learn a thing or two...Trust
