Bad management system

Engen akasia motors in kathu, has really bad management system...ill treat their employees badly with no respect to them infront of customers, i don't know what values does engen has for its employees but a place with such behavior is totally unacceptable, as a customer i was disappointed, managers are white and all the workers are black people...and how they treat this poor people... its like apartheid era...something needs to change...Really disappointed at engen organization!!!👎👎👎
