Bad forecourt services
Engen Sonnendal Conv. Plattekloof Western Cape.
Bad service on the forecourt, everytime mostly mornings there's always queues and attendeds either take their time to assist or dont manage the queues properly then fight in front of the customers. They look out for the cars that will tip causing big delays as they tend to wash cars on the forecourt.
No forecourt manager on duty and its a free for all.
