- [ ] I had visit this specific garage on the 19th of November 2018 . Asked the attendant to fill me a tank of diesel .while filling fuel I realized that he is filling petrol and stopped him , the manager then came out and asked him did this guy tell you to fill diesel his response was “yes I made a mistake it’s my first day “ she then proceeded to ask me is there a diesel sticker in your flap and I said yes she checked and it was there . The manager then told me they have there own mechanic that they will call so I said ok wich company is he from since I’m from around the area she said “no company ‘ I later realized who it is and did not want an *********** mechanic to work on my vehicle as I travel long distances with it .I called in GM motors and they said I would have to bring the vehicle in for a diagnosis , put the vehicle on the flat bed at my cost . They were closed when we arrived so I proceeded to call another company that does some mechanical work for my company the gentleman told me to bring the vehicle in he will open his business and have a look at the vehicle in the morning obviously a call out fee was paid .i was called by the gentlemen the next day and he explained to me that a diagnosis has to be done fuel flushed and vehicle started I agreed and they went forward doing this ,later on I receive a call and the workshop asked me to come in on arrival they started the vehicle up and it has a huge misfire I told him to please do a quotation to repair this vehicle and I will hand it to them wich I did . After that I did not hear from them till i called customer care right up until 4 December I got a response that they will escalate it to the insurance company .Again an email was sent to them and they responded with the insurance companies details on the 12 of December almost a month later .Called the gentlemen and well his still looking into the matter the vehicle is still with the workshop and here I am forced to buy another vehicle hence its peak period and I was told it was going to take a long time to repair this vehicle . - [ ] I am totally disappointed in this establishment being such a big company it had to have been sorted out rather quick .
