Bad customer service from Engen Belabela Central

I wanted to use the toilet while my husband was putting petrol on the car. I had to pay R2 for using the toilet. Inserted the coin on their locker system but the door didn't open. Reported the matter to the ladies (Minah and Paulinah) and they gave me a bad attitude, telling me that it's not their problem I don't know how to use the door. I bought water and paid again to get access to the toilet.

These ladies need serious customer service training.
