BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the night of the 20th March 22 at about 23hoo went to fill up at Engen garage at empire road Johannesburg and got attended by one of the Petrol attendant so while while he was busy filling up i decided to go inside the shop to buy something and when i came back he was finished standing next to the pumps with his colleague and i asked if he can pump the tire for me and his reply was the air pump im standing next to was not working but the opposite one works during that time he was telling me this he was approaching another customer. Now the other attendant who was standing next to him started walking away i asked nicely if he can attend me he ignored me and i asked him again he continued walking away eventually i got his attention the bad attitude he gave me i couldn't understand what was the fuss all about i asked him more than 3 times to assist and again he just said he didn't serve me and why i shouldn't do it myself. i was quite shock with his response and his tone was so rude then went inside the shop they gave me his name i was told his name is Happiness but sure yesterday he left me very unhappy.
