Bad customer service

Had the worst experience experience in one of your store engen store garage in standerton by the name of Zanele Mbatha, she told us we brought nonsense and we were talking nonsense all because we asked how can we go to the back of the queue if the till we were called to had a problem and worse she was speaking out so loud infront of other customer, we felt disrespected , look forward to your response
