Bad Customer service at Engen Petroleum Station in New Brighton, Port Elizabeth.

I want to write a review about the service I received today at Engen New Brighton in Port Elizabeth. The sad thing about writing this review is that I feel I am waisting my time. This is not the first time I've written about this Engen service station. And it's the same cashier Gloria, doing the same thing, showing favouritism towards certain customers. We stand in a queue waiting to buy, but then some clients just decide to skip the queue because they know petrol attendants and cashiers at this service station. Gloria and an attendant Akhona have no regard for any of the clients. So when I approached them (the attendant Akhona and Gloria) about this favouritism Gloria arrogantly told me where to get off. I even reminded her about the previous incident, and the fact that she had to call me and apologize. She couldn't be bothered. She arrogantly told me she wont be apologising and she will not call to apologize for what she had just done. This happened in full view of other customers.

With this incident I felt very humiliated and I WILL NEVER EVER, EVER AGAIN USE ANY OF THE ENGEN SERVICE STAITIONS EVER! Gloria has truly showed me that Engen has their favorite clients and those come first. Its sad that I wont be collecting points with my Clicks card anymore. We do have another service station, thought it's a kilo or two further, i would rather use them than being humiliated again. I mean if this has happened to me twice, in a short space of time. How many more client's has this happened to? Some clients may not have this platform like I do. I didn't even bother to take the stations' numbers as I believe this is just how this particular station operates. As I mentioned this is the second incident with this station. And as Gloria mentioned, she wont be calling me. Well I might be just one client to a Big organization like Engen, but this incident has just created the impression that the whole of Engen petrol Stations has their favoritism towards certain clients. And clearly I'm not one of them. I will never use any of the Engen Service Stations ever again...
