Bad Customer Service at Cape Town Engen Garage.

Today At Engen Garage i happened to experience a very bad one, i went to refill my car and first i ask for a loose change to give it to my passenger, this man totally refused without asking a cashier, and secondly i gave my clivks club card for points but once again this petrol attendant totally refused to allow me to benefit on that transaction.

August the name that was displayed on the name tag i will ever never forget the poor service at Cape town Engen Garage in ORANJEZICHT STREET that kind of service He really offered me was a very creepy one. That type of customer service is worse than a compromised service. For this reason i rate that engen garage ZILCH for a period of 24months.
