BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was at engen tanganani this morning 30/06/21 early morning around 6:10 went to purchase, I got to the cashier and asked for what I wanted from the store and use my card to pay. The payment reflected on my phone and the cashier refused to give me my product saying the transaction did not go through, I told her on my side it did went out and showed her on my phone. Then she started telling me about the network and the way she won't give me what I paid for. I requested to see the manager, and she decided to call some random guy who was spraying customers with sanitizer and he did nothing to solve the problem. Then I asked for the manager again that's when they call the guy called Evans, So disappointing to find a manager of a company like yours with such disgusting attitude. He just came to me and said YES I had your the whole story. I was shocked on how did he get the whole story but I have never said anything to him. He didn't even greet but that is not the problem. I left your store without what I paid for as, I was in a hurry to go to work. I noticed that I will be wasting my time talking to disrespectful manager in your store. I loved that petrol station but after the ****TY service i got this morning. they will never see me again. There are 3 other petrol stations around the area surely they will appreciate my business as a customer.
