Bad customer service.

This morning I stopped at Engen Albert street, George, Western Cape. My coolant light went on and I politely asked for the water to be checked and topped. I also asked for the tires to be checked as the tires have slow punctures . The gas station attendant was very irritated with me and told me that they only specialise in petrol during the morning. I explained that i only stopped because the coolant light went on. The attendant continued to complain as he was topping up the water and kept on repeating that they are busy in the morning and that there are other customers who needs petrol. i told the guy to leave the tires and i left.

The customer service was very bad and i will no longer be making use of their service.
