Bad customer service

Visited the service station a couple of times and received bad service from their teller by the name of Nobuntu she said she's known as Poppy. On the one night she was busy on the on her cellphone and took her time to attend to me, it was on the 12th of September 2019. On Saturday the 14th i was there again and she was on her phone again of which i told her that it's the second time she has given me bad service in one week of which is uncalled for. I find this really irritating and don't advise people to go there as the service sucks
