Bad Customer Service

<p>Early this morning( 05:50) I went to Engene 865 Old Pretoria rd( Next to Estate Panel Beaters). He poured full tank petrol and cleaned the wind shield on my car as I requested. He told me to make a payment and I did. After paying I asked him to check/balance the pressures on my tires as I was going on long distance trip and he told me he was still busy. He made me the customer wait for more than 20 minutes as he finishes writing whatever he was writing. After waiting for that long he came to attend my vehicle again with a sulking face and he "checked" the pressures which I doubt he did as I had to go to another filling station just to get the pressures checked and they informed me that all four tires had different pressures.<br />And when I look I realized the attendant didn't have a name tag but when I check my receipt it shows that LESIBA was the attendant. <br />I used to pour petrol in only one station but My experience today made me remember that there are other filling stations in Midrand therefore I should seek better service somewhere else.</p> <p> </p>
