BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good morning today I received a bad customer service from a girl called Qondi from Engen Garge at noortgasieg close to Caroline in Orlando this is what happened we where 5 Customer in the queue waiting for fill bus so the first Customer was depositing money so she asked are u all buying tags then we said yes then she finished with the other Customer so the other Customer was buying the bus tag so she said the machine is offline so I asked her why u didn't tell us that the machine is offline Because apparently the machine was offline since yesterday according to the assistance shes working with then she rep**** me saying don't make me sick then I said to her this how u treat Customer then she said don't tell me bull **** u want me to loose my job I don't care but u telling me bull **** then we where busy arguing the I said to her I will show u because of the treatment I received towards her it seems like I am not important because I was there to buy a PUTCO tag the service I recieved from this lady QONDI is bad so am not happy with the service I received today
