Bad Customer Service

Today i went to pour Petrol at Engen Garage on N4 next to Toll Gate i told the petrol attendant whose Name is Solomon that he must pour R200 he left the pump unattended and inflated my wheels,after a while he came back saying the pump is faulty it poured R400 instead of R200,i Spent an hour calling people so they can assist me with money since i only had R200 on Me,why do i have to pay for someone elses mistake?i am beyond Angry even the Supervisor called Aaron was not of Any Assistance!
