Bad Customer service

I requested a R200 petrol at engen hadaf east and the attended Lebogang exceeded by 7 cents and he wanted me to pay R200.7 even after telling him I only have R200 in my account and I asked him why he did not punch the R200 to avoid this he shouted at me that your petrol machine does not allow punching of the amount, after telling him I am not happy with the whole ordeal and I am going to report him he said it does not matter because nothing will happen even if I report him, he shouted and disrespect me.
